Dr. Mahesh Sankaran awarded Infosys Prize for Life Sciences, 2021

Despite the rich biodiversity they support and the critical ecosystem services they offer, savanna grasslands of India continue to remain neglected and often mismanaged. The Infosys Prize 2021 to Dr. Mahesh recognizes that these unique ecosystems deserve to be understood better and conserved. We are extremely delighted and proud of his notable contributions and achievements.
